After-Sales Service Terms
Aidbo provides comprehensive after-sales service to protect member rights.
If the product received is incorrect, damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including weekends and holidays).
Please submit a return/exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product via Member Center → Order Inquiry. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Note:
The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period.
If you find the product unsatisfactory upon inspection, please keep the product in its original condition and apply for a return immediately.
Do not open, damage, or use the product, and please keep all hangtags intact.
When returning a product (according to the return procedure), please keep all original packaging and contents to ensure your rights.
Details regarding return/exchange procedures are listed below.
※ Before confirming whether to proceed with a return/exchange, please do not use the product or any included gifts.
1. Return/Exchange Request for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, please submit the request yourself:

Please provide: Original order number & Contact address
- In the “Return/Exchange Description” field, state the size or the product to be exchanged
- Once the application is completed and you receive a Return/Exchange Request Number, the 1-day return period (including holidays) begins.
- If the request has not been submitted through the system, you must contact customer service on the same day the product is shipped back, and include all original accessories, order information, intact hangtags, and ensure the product is unwashed and unused.
2. Full Order Returns Only
Currently, we only accept full-order returns;
partial returns of individual items in an order are not supported.
Once we receive the returned product and invoice,
we will process the refund within 15 business days (excluding holidays) after confirming there are no issues.
3. Returns/Exchanges Due to Defects or Damage
If you require an exchange due to damage, defects, or malfunction,
please describe the issue and provide photos as supporting evidence.
If confirmed to be a product defect, we will provide an exchange for the same style and color only.
Changes to the original order or product substitutions are not allowed.
Once we receive the product and invoice, we will deliver the replacement within 7 business days (excluding holidays)
after confirming the product condition.
4. Pickup Arrangement
Upon receiving your return/exchange request, a logistics carrier will be arranged to collect the product from your designated address within 7 business days.
Please hand the product along with the invoice to the carrier and request a receipt. Keep the receipt until the return/exchange is fully processed.
5. Packaging Requirements
Please use the original packaging/carton to return the product. If the original shipping box is lost, you may use another box to wrap the original product packaging.
Do not apply tape, labels, or write text directly on the original product packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, the return/exchange cannot be completed, or the cost of damage may be deducted from your refund.
6. Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Return/Exchange
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period (including holidays)
- Product is no longer new – including:
Visible signs of use/ Wear, stains, odors (e.g., perfume, sweat)/ Washed or faded - Incomplete product return – including missing:
- Original inner/outer packaging, Accessories, Documentation, Gifts, Hang-tags
- Gift sets or bundled products not returned in full
- Consumable or personal hygiene items
- Product not purchased directly from Aidbo official channels
7. Authorization for Credit Note
By submitting a return/exchange request, you authorize Aidbo to process the electronic credit note to expedite your refund.
Additional Notes
- If a return/exchange is requested for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or color), shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
- Aidbo reserves the right to refuse service in cases of:
- Abnormal return/exchange behavior
- Malicious intent
- False accusations or defamatory statements
Legal action may be taken where necessary.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and confirmed by the warehouse as correct and undamaged, the system will process the refund within 7–10 business days to the bank account you provided.

Shipping Fee Adjustments (If Return Affects Free Shipping Eligibility)
If a return causes the order to no longer meet the free-shipping threshold, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Examples:
✔ If order originally qualified for free shipping (e.g., NT$1,140), but returned items drop the total below the threshold (NT$1,000), → NT$140 shipping will be charged.
Refund will be returned to the bank account provided.
Note: Refunds may not return to the original credit card (depends on issuing bank).
Invoice Information
Aidbo issues electronic invoices only.
Paper invoices are not automatically provided.
Customers may check invoice details via Member Center.

If you need a paper invoice or invoice certificate, please request it via the order details page. The invoice will be issued after the order ships:
· Home delivery → invoice issued on shipping date
· Convenience store pickup → invoice issued on pickup date
· Cash on delivery → invoice issued on payment date
For promotional orders requiring additional invoices, extra invoices will be issued accordingly.
