All purchases from the Aidbo support series are eligible for a discount when exchanging for a new product.

✅ Eligibility

• This program applies only to Aidbo products; products from other brands are not eligible.

• Reward points and free-shipping vouchers will be issued through the Aidbo member account.
  Please register as an Aidbo member before applying.

• Valid only for orders purchased personally through official Aidbo sales channels.

❌ Ineligible Cases

• Products damaged due to improper washing or human factors.

• Failure to provide member information, proof of purchase, or warranty proof.

• Applications made using another person’s membership account.

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

⚠️ Important Notes

• After the return is confirmed, reward points and free-shipping vouchers will be issued within 3–5 business days.

• As braces are textile products, color or size variations may occur between batches. Please confirm specifications before purchasing.

• Applicants must cover return shipping fees.
