Warranty Coverage 📌 Purchase any Aiwubao protective gear product and complete the official website member registration and warranty login within 30 days of purchase to enjoy a limited warranty (one exchange) within one year from the date of purchase.

Covered by the warranty:
✅ Free replacement once for damage not caused by human error. ✅ Free repair within the warranty period (including parts and labor; shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility).

The following situations are not covered by warranty:
❌ Products damaged due to improper washing or human error. ❌ Consumable items such as Velcro are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty. ❌ Failure to provide warranty registration information, proof of purchase, or warranty card. ❌ Warranty card altered, damaged, or lost. ❌ Damage caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or improper handling. ❌ Products purchased from non-authorized Aiwubao dealers.

Exchange/Repair Process:
1️⃣ Online Warranty Application: Please go to the official website to fill out the warranty application form and upload proof of purchase.
2️⃣ Contact customer service: We will assess the product condition and repair or replace it within 1-2 weeks.
3️⃣ Shipping Fee: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and Aiwubao will cover the return shipping costs.

Product maintenance recommendations:
🔹 Hand wash with a neutral detergent in water not exceeding 30°C. Do not machine wash. 🔹 Do not bleach, tumble dry, dry clean, or iron. 🔹 After washing, air dry in a cool, shaded place, avoiding direct sunlight. 🔹 Do not wring dry forcefully; use a towel to absorb excess water. 🔹 Regular replacement is recommended for effective and continuous protection. 👉 Replacement/Renewal Method
